I have been involved in the automobile industry since I was 15 starting out as an apprentice technician in 1971. My education and training includes junior college, automobile mechanical technical school, the National Automobile Dealer Academy, and Atcon automobile management training. My certifications include National Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Institute certification. The automobile dealership business is my business! I?ve worked in every position in the automobile dealership; from technician, service manager, parts manager, fixed operations director to owner/operator.
